Off-premise signs

Known as the Highway Advertising Control Act

The act spans §§ 225-440-1 to 225-440-9-5 (54 sections).

Off-premise signs which are erected in business areas after the effective date of this Act and which comply, when erected, with Sections 5, 6 (subject to provisions of Section 7) and 8 of this Act.
