Legislative intent

Known as the Home Inspector License Act

The act spans §§ 225-441-1-1 to 225-441-1-5 (4 sections).

The intent of the General Assembly in enacting this Act is to evaluate the competency of persons, including any entity, engaged in the home inspection business and to regulate and license those persons engaged in this business for the protection of the public.
