225 ILCS 441/15-35

Signature of the Secretary

P.A. 97-226, eff. 7-28-11.

An order of revocation or suspension or a certified copy of the order, bearing the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof that: (1) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary; and (2) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified. This proof may be rebutted.
