Disposition by consent order or settlement agreement

Known as the Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act

The act spans §§ 225-443-1 to 225-443-999 (51 sections).

Disposition may be made of any charge by consent order or settlement agreement between the Commission and the licensee. Disposition may include restrictions upon the interpreter's ability to practice and monetary penalties not to exceed the maximum disciplinary fines allowed under this Act. The Board shall be apprised of the consent order or settlement agreement at its next meeting.
