Order or certified copy; prima facie proof

Known as the Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act

An order of revocation, suspension, placing the license on probationary status, or other formal disciplinary action as the Department may deem proper, or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, is prima facie proof that: (1) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary; (2) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and (3) the Board and the members thereof are qualified to act.
