Restoration of suspended or revoked license

Known as the Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act

The act spans §§ 225-443-1 to 225-443-999 (51 sections).

At any time after the suspension or revocation of any license, the Commission may restore it to the licensee upon the written recommendation of the Board, unless after an investigation and hearing the Board determines that restoration is not in the public interest.
