Surrender of license

Known as the Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act

The act spans §§ 225-443-1 to 225-443-999 (51 sections).

Upon the revocation or suspension of a license, the licensee shall immediately surrender his or her license to the Commission. If the licensee fails to do so, the Commission has the right to seize the license.
