Privileged communications

Known as the Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act

The act spans §§ 225-443-1 to 225-443-999 (51 sections).

Interpreters for the deaf licensed under this Act shall be subject to the provisions concerning privileged communications between interpreters for the deaf and hard of hearing and consumers set forth in Section 8-912 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
