Upon the revocation of, suspension of, or refusal to renew any license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license or licenses to the Comptroller

Known as the Illinois Funeral or Burial Funds Act

The act spans §§ 225-45-1 to 225-45-9 (29 sections).

If the licensee fails to do so, the Comptroller shall have the right to seize the same.
