225 ILCS 454/5-7

Every person who desires to obtain a residential leasing agent license shall apply to the Department in a manner prescribed by the Department which application shall be accompanied by the required non-refundable fee. Any such application shall require such information as in the judgment of the Department will enable the Department to pass on the qualifications of the applicant for licensure.
