225 ILCS 460/22

All fees and penalties collected by the Attorney General pursuant to this Act shall be paid and deposited into the Illinois Charity Bureau Fund in the State Treasury

Known as the Solicitation for Charity Act

The act spans §§ 225-460-0-01 to 225-460-9 (27 sections).

Moneys in the Fund shall be appropriated to the Attorney General for charitable trust enforcement purposes as an addition to other appropriated funds and be used by the Attorney General to provide the public with information concerning charitable trusts and organizations and for charitable trust enforcement activities.
