225 ILCS 50/29

Known as the Hearing Instrument Consumer Protection Act

The act spans §§ 225-50-1 to 225-50-9-5 (40 sections).

An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Director, shall be prima facie proof: (a) That such signature is the signature of the Director; (b) That the Director is duly appointed and qualified; and (c) That the Board, and the members thereof, are qualified to act.
