Effect of amendatory Act of 1995

Known as the Hearing Instrument Consumer Protection Act

The act spans §§ 225-50-1 to 225-50-9-5 (40 sections).

P.A. 89-72, eff. 12-31-95.

All rights and obligations incurred and any actions commenced under this Act shall not be impaired by the enactment of this amendatory Act of 1995. Rules adopted under this Act, unless clearly inconsistent with the provisions of this amendatory Act of 1995, shall remain in effect until amended or rescinded. All licenses issued under this Act before the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1995 are valid and are subject to the same authority of the Department to revoke or suspend them as are licenses issued after the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1995.
