Violation of Act; unlawful practice

Known as the Hearing Instrument Consumer Protection Act

The act spans §§ 225-50-1 to 225-50-9-5 (40 sections).

The advertising, offering for sale, sale, or distribution of hearing instrument goods and services to consumers by any person in violation of any of the provisions of this Act is an unlawful practice pursuant to Section 2Z of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
