Display of license; advertising; penalties

Known as the Home Medical Equipment and Services Provider License Act

The act spans §§ 225-51-1 to 225-51-999 (41 sections).

(a) An entity that advertises home medical equipment and services shall, at its place of business, display the license of the entity. (b) No entity that provides home medical equipment services may advertise the equipment and services unless that entity includes in the advertisement the statement "Licensed in the State of Illinois".
