225 ILCS 60/56

Any person who employs fraud or deception in applying for or securing a license under this Act, or in passing any examination therefor, shall be sentenced as provided by Section 59

Known as the Medical Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-60-1 to 225-60-9-7 (86 sections).

Any person who employs fraud or misrepresentation in applying for, or procuring, a license under this Act or in connection with applying for renewal of a license under this Act, or cheating on or attempting to subvert the licensing examinations administered under this Act, shall be sentenced as provided by Section 59.
