225 ILCS 60/9.3

Withdrawal of application

Known as the Medical Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-60-1 to 225-60-9-7 (86 sections).

Any applicant applying for a license or permit under this Act may withdraw his or her application at any time. If an applicant withdraws his or her application after receipt of a written Notice of Intent to Deny License or Permit, then the withdrawal shall be reported to the Federation of State Medical Boards.
