Order or certified copy as prima facie proof

Known as the Naprapathic Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-63-1 to 225-63-95 (51 sections).

An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof: (a) that the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary; (b) that such Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and (c) that the Board and its members are qualified to act.
