Surrender of license

Known as the Naprapathic Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-63-1 to 225-63-95 (51 sections).

Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license to the Department. If the licensee fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the license.
