Powers and duties of the Department; rules; reports

Known as the Naprapathic Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-63-1 to 225-63-95 (51 sections).

The Department shall exercise the powers and duties prescribed by the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois for the administration of licensing Acts and shall exercise any other powers and duties necessary for effectuating the purposes of this Act. The Department may promulgate rules consistent with the provisions of this Act for its administration and enforcement and may prescribe forms which shall be issued in connection with this Act. The rules may include standards and criteria for licensure, and professional conduct and discipline.
