Applications for licenses

Known as the Naprapathic Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-63-1 to 225-63-95 (51 sections).

Applications for original licenses shall be made to the Department in writing on forms prescribed by the Department and shall be accompanied by the required fee, which shall not be refundable. Any application shall require the information that in the judgment of the Department will enable the Department to pass on the qualifications of the applicant for a license.
