Suspension

Known as the Livestock Auction Market Law

The Director may suspend a license under Section 6 and require the licensee to cease doing business. The Director shall issue a written order of suspension setting forth the reasons for the suspension and for requiring the licensee to cease operation as a livestock auction market until a hearing has been held. Such written order shall be served personally on the licensee, or by certified mail sent to the licensee's business address as shown in the latest notification to the Department.
