Deposit of fees and fines

Known as the Nursing Home Administrators Licensing and Disciplinary Act

The act spans §§ 225-70-1 to 225-70-9 (47 sections).

All of the fees and fines collected under this Act shall be deposited into the General Professions Dedicated Fund.
