Order or certified copy; prima facie proof

Known as the Illinois Occupational Therapy Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-75-1 to 225-75-9 (49 sections).

An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof that: (1) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary; and (2) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified.
