Criminal penalties

Known as the Illinois Occupational Therapy Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-75-1 to 225-75-9 (49 sections).

Any person who is found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for the first offense. On conviction of a second or subsequent offense the violator shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
