225 ILCS 75/9

Known as the Illinois Occupational Therapy Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-75-1 to 225-75-9 (49 sections).

A person shall be qualified for licensure as an occupational therapy assistant if that person: (1) has applied in writing in form and substance to the Department; (2) (blank); (3) has completed an occupational therapy program of at least 2 years in length leading to an associate degree, or its equivalent, approved by the Department; and (4) has successfully completed the examination authorized by the Department within the past 5 years.
