225 ILCS 80/26.16

Any person who is found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor

Known as the Illinois Optometric Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-80-1 to 225-80-9-5 (56 sections).

On conviction of a second or subsequent offense the violator shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
