Order or certified copy

Known as the Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Practice Act

An order or a certified copy of an order, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof: (1) that the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary; (2) that the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and (3) that the Board and its members are qualified to act.
