Known as the Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-84-1 to 225-84-999 (46 sections).

P.A. 101-269, eff. 8-9-19.

The Secretary may temporarily suspend the license of an orthotist, prosthetist, or pedorthist without a hearing simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing under Section 95 if the Secretary finds that evidence in his or her possession indicates that a licensee's continuation in practice would constitute an imminent danger to the public. If the Secretary temporarily suspends a license without a hearing, a hearing by the Board must be held within 30 days after the suspension and completed without appreciable delay.
