Administrative Review Law; venue

Known as the Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Practice Act

All final administrative decisions of the Department are subject to judicial review pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Review Law and all rules adopted pursuant thereto. The term "administrative decision" has the same meaning as in Section 3-101 of the Administrative Review Law. Proceedings for judicial review shall be commenced in the circuit court of the county in which the party applying for review resides, but if the party is not a resident of this State, the venue shall be in Sangamon County.
