225 ILCS 85/35.13

Order or certified copy; prima facie proof

Known as the Pharmacy Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-85-1 to 225-85-9-7 (96 sections).

An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof that: (a) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary; (b) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and (c) the Board and the members thereof are qualified to act.
