225 ILCS 85/35.14

At any time after the successful completion of a term of probation, suspension, or revocation of any license, the Department may restore it to the accused person without examination, upon the written recommendation of the Board

Known as the Pharmacy Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-85-1 to 225-85-9-7 (96 sections).

A license that has been suspended or revoked shall be considered nonrenewed for purposes of restoration and a person restoring his or her license from suspension or revocation must comply with the requirements for restoration of a nonrenewed license as set forth in Section 12 of this Act and any related rules adopted.
