Identification

Known as the Physician Assistant Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-95-1 to 225-95-9-7 (55 sections).

No person shall use the title "physician assistant" unless he or she holds a valid license issued by the Department as provided in this Act. A physician assistant shall wear on his or her person a visible identification indicating that he or she is certified as a physician assistant while acting in the course of his or her duties.
