225 ILCS 95/22.16

Any person who is found to have knowingly violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor

Known as the Physician Assistant Practice Act

The act spans §§ 225-95-1 to 225-95-9-7 (55 sections).

On conviction of a second or subsequent offense the violator shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
