Illinois Plumbing License Law
- 225 ILCS 320/0.01— This Act may be cited as the Illinois Plumbing License Law

- 225 ILCS 320/9— The Department shall hold examinations for applicants for plumbers' licenses at least once every three months in some place in this State
- 225 ILCS 320/10— (1) An applicant for a plumber's license shall file a written application in the office of the Department on the form designated by the Department at least 30 days before the date set by the Department for the examination
- 225 ILCS 320/11— The Director shall issue a plumber's license to each applicant who successfully passes the examination and has paid to the Department the required license fee
- 225 ILCS 320/13— An applicant who fails to pass the examination for a plumber's license may submit a request for re-examination on forms provided by the Department, at least 30 days prior to the date for re-examination, accompanied by the re-examination fee
