- 225 ILCS 35/0.01— Short title
- 225 ILCS 35/1
- 225 ILCS 35/2— No undertaker or other person shall embalm with, inject into, or place upon, any dead human body, any fluid or preparation of any kind which contains arsenic or strychnine
- 225 ILCS 35/3— Any person, firm, corporation or copartnership who shall violate any provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $50
