Final Provisions
- 225 ILCS 705/37.01— If any provision of this Act is held unconstitutional, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other provision which can be given effect without the invalid part
- 225 ILCS 705/37.02— Any provision of this Act, insofar as it is the same as or substantially the same as any provision of a statute repealed herein, shall be construed as a continuation of such prior provisions and not as a new enactment
- 225 ILCS 705/37.03
- 225 ILCS 705/37.04— The repeal of Acts herein provided shall not affect any offense committed, any act done, any proceeding or prosecution pending, nor any claim, right or remedy accrued under any of such repealed Acts
