230 ILCS 5/3.073

Known as the Illinois Horse Racing Act

The act spans §§ 230-5-1 to 230-5-9 (132 sections).

"Inter-track wagering location licensee" means any organization licensee or person having operating control of a racing facility at which pari-mutuel wagering is conducted, receiving a license from the Board as provided in Section 3.072 of this Act to conduct inter-track wagering at a location or locations in addition to those permitted under Section 3.072 of this Act.
