230 ILCS 5/3.11

"Organization licensee" means any person receiving an organization license from the Board to conduct a race meeting or meetings

Known as the Illinois Horse Racing Act

The act spans §§ 230-5-1 to 230-5-9 (132 sections).

With respect only to organization gaming, "organization licensee" includes the authorization for an organization gaming license under subsection (a) of Section 56 of this Act.
