Wagering

Known as the Illinois Horse Racing Act

The act spans §§ 230-5-1 to 230-5-9 (132 sections).

"Wagering" means, collectively, the pari-mutuel system of wagering, inter-track wagering, simulcast wagering, and advance deposit wagering.
