(Text of Section after amendment by P.A. 104-451) Sec. 1-3.17.1. "Special event retailer" means an educational, fraternal, political, civic, religious, or non-profit organization which sells or offers for sale beer, spirits, or wine, or any combination thereof, only for consumption on or off the premises specified in the license and those sales are made at the location and on the dates designated by a special event retail license.
