Class 3 craft distiller

Known as the Liquor Control Act

"Class 3 craft distiller" means a person who is a holder of a distiller license or a non-resident dealer license who manufactures no more than 100,000 gallons of spirits per year in the aggregate and who may make sales to importing distributors, distributors, and retail licensees in accordance with the conditions set forth in paragraph (21) of subsection (a) of Section 3-12.
