There is hereby created an Illinois Liquor Control Commission consisting of 7 members to be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate, no more than 4 of whom shall be members of the same political party

The Executive Director of the Illinois Liquor Control Commission shall be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate.
