235 ILCS 5/6-17.2

Importation of alcoholic liquor into this State

P.A. 90-739, eff. 8-13-98.

A person who imports into this State from any point in the United States outside this State, whether for himself or for another, any alcoholic liquor for sale or resale is required to hold a license issued by the Commission in accordance with this Act, except as otherwise expressly authorized by this Act.
