Partial Invalidity and Repeal

  • 235 ILCS 5/11-1— The articles, provisions and sections of this Act shall be deemed to be separable and the invalidity of any portion of this Act shall not affect the validity of the remainder
  • 235 ILCS 5/11-2— The Act in relation to the manufacture, possession and sale of malt and vinous beverages, approved April 26, 1933, as amended is hereby repealed
