240 ILCS 10/9

The provisions of the "Uniform Commercial Code", enacted by the Seventy-second General Assembly, shall remain in full force and effect in respect to warehouses, warehousemen, personal property, persons, depositors and receipts coming within the purview of this Act

Known as the Personal Property Storage Act

The act spans §§ 240-10-0-01 to 240-10-9 (29 sections).
