240 ILCS 5/1

For the purposes of this Act: "Person" means any individual, firm, corporation, association, trust or other association of individuals

Known as the Safety Deposit License Act

The act spans §§ 240-5-0-01 to 240-5-9 (28 sections).

"Director" means the Director of the Department of Financial Institutions of the State of Illinois.
