Grain Storage Warning Sign Act
- 240 ILCS 20/0.01— Short title
- 240 ILCS 20/1
- 240 ILCS 20/2— The owner or operator in charge of any structure subject to this Act who fails to affix to or print on such structure the warning sign required by this Act shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall upon conviction thereof be fined not more than $50
- 240 ILCS 20/3— Nothing in this Act shall apply to structures used exclusively for the storage of ear corn
