Salvage Warehouse and Salvage Warehouse Store Act
- 240 ILCS 30/0.1— This Act shall be known and may be cited as the Salvage Warehouse and Salvage Warehouse Store Act

- 240 ILCS 30/12— The provisions of the Administrative Review Law, and all amendments and modifications thereof, and the rules adopted pursuant thereto, shall apply to and govern all proceedings for the judicial review of final administrative decisions of the Department hereunder

- 240 ILCS 30/14— All fines imposed and collected under this Act shall be paid within 30 days after such collection to the Department and by it paid into the State Treasury
