25 ILCS 145/5.07

To make a biennial report to the General Assembly, by April 1 of each odd-numbered year, summarizing its accomplishments in the preceding 2 years and its recommendations, including any proposed legislation it considers necessary or desirable to effectuate the purposes of this Act

Known as the Legislative Information System Act

The act spans §§ 25-145-0-01 to 25-145-9 (17 sections).

The requirement for reporting to the General Assembly shall be satisfied by filing copies of the report as required by Section 3.1 of the General Assembly Organization Act, and filing such additional copies with the State Government Report Distribution Center for the General Assembly as is required under paragraph (t) of Section 7 of the State Library Act.
